As my fall wedding season is winding down, and turning into my winter season, I celebrated an amazing season by ending it by capturing a wedding that will leave its’ mark on my heart forever. Lauren & Aaron’s wedding day was beautiful and perfect in every way. These two became the Edward’s, and what a love-filled day it was.
Over a year ago, I photographed this amazing couple during their engagement session at Tuttle’s Orchard, Aaron’s dad house for some sunset pictures, and finally at The Tap – one of their favorite places in Indy. We were together for well over two hours – and in that time, I made two new friends. From then on, I knew that I would be counting down the months, and then days until their wedding. When you meet a couple that you connect with like I did with Lauren and Aaron, you feel like more than just their photographer.
When their wedding day finally arrived, it started off with lots of rain, but lots of love. Their family and friends celebrated this couple from morning to night. No one allowed the rain to dampen their day.
It’s hard to imagine loving wedding photography more than I already do, but the fact is that I do love it a little more now. It’s impacted my life in the best possible way. I went home from this wedding with a full heart, and new friends.
Lauren and Aaron – I love you both. Congratulations on finding each other and making a beautiful life together.
